Delayed check in. No explanation around breakfast times etc. Rooms are nice but would say not any better than a premier inn. Comfortable and clean.

Arrived to find the hotel was locked up. Sign on the door said it was closed, and a security guard told me it had shut down. Had to find somewhere else

Bad first impression, the electrisity did not work. Bad air in the room and water on the floor from the aircondition in the morning. No room service and the phone number did not work.

I paid extra to get a room with a patio I did not get the room with the patio, instead I got a room with a view of a brick wall. All they could say was tough we don't do refunds, so I had to accept it. The bed was comfortable, ignoring the stains on the bedding, which was washed and the shower was nice. However I would not stay again, and expedia my first experience will be my last.

My stay here was great. Minor complaint is that they don’t have a toilet paper holder on the wall, just a stand that hold multiple rolls. Also the elevator was outside of my room and it was very noisy (both with elevator noise and other hotel guests). I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Only issue was the room was very hot. Did appreciate the cooling unit in the room and it wasn’t that noisy. And did also approve of the choice of teabags in the room

It was a very good price . Clean and functional but very awkward to get out of the bed from the inside

I had a great experience staying at the boutique. The location was great. Not too far away from everything but also not so close that there was noise coming from the night life. The bed was set up immaculately when I arrived and was very comfortable. The hotel was easily accessed using the entrance code for the front door then my keycard for the room. The shower had great pressure and stayed warm the whole time. The automatic blind on the window was slightly fiddly but got it figured out fairly quickly. The staff I encountered were friendly and I'd come back here again.

Really lovely stay. Paul on reception was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The room itself was clean, comfortable and stylish, but because the paint is a dark colour it really shows where people have knocked it and in places was peeling off. Fantastic rainfall shower.

A great hotel in the heart of the city. Duke St was a fun, clean base to explore Liverpool for my 2 day visit. Would highly recommend :)
