Beautiful hotel. We had a nice view of the cathedral and Ferris wheel and the bar is great.

Breakfast was phenomenal. It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time.

The room and decor are absolutely gorgeous. What an elegant place to stay.

Everything about this hotel was just amazing. The staff made the stay amazing. Everything from the breakfast to the rooms to the bar where so above all expectations can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room & delicious breakfast

The room, room 344, was cold despite playing with the room control dials. The shower room was one of those where it is supposed to disappear through a drain on the tiled floor, but the water just spread to other areas making you prone to slip and get wet feet whilst using the toilet. We could not get into Madelines bar as needed to book a table in the afternoon. Breakfast was ok. Bed was a little hard and did not like the pillows.

Top class hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. Two great bars in the hotel with excellent staff. Can’t fault it !!!

Breakfast superb. Rooms lovely and spacious. Lovely decor. Disappointed that I couldn't get into the hotel bar to drink as it was all reserved. Nobody told us that you have to reserve a table to have a drink in the hotel.

Very nice stay

Lovely sized rooms. Only downside was the bar stopped serving food at 7pm.

Very loud music from 'an event' 5 floors below going on until midnight meant we had to move rooms at 10pm. Cupboards were actually shaking. Staff attitude was " it happens sometines".

A great location for shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has been refurbished to an excellent standard keeping all the original features. The rooms were finished to a lovely specification with a nice touch of Penhaligons toiletries. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
