What's not so good: - The rooms are very basic and poorly maintained - There is no elevator - The room is not soundproof - The location is right on the edge of the main road, so you can hear the sound of cars and motorbikes passing by and it can disturb your sleep What's good: - The fish pond on the 1st floor is nice - The breakfast is delicious - The location is close to Mikie Holiday - The room price is reasonable

The view is beautiful, but because it's located on the side of the road, traffic can disturb your sleep. The receptionist wasn't very communicative. You had to ask for the Wi-Fi password.

All rooms have windows, but even when they're closed, the traffic is still clearly audible, making it quite noisy. Brastagi isn't as cool as it used to be. It would be nice to add a fan, as mosquitoes can get in when it's hot and you open the window. I had an executive room, but the 24/7 noise from the street was incredibly loud inside...

For the price of around 500 in front of Mikie Holiday, a beautiful and clean bathroom, TV and amenities, and a satisfying breakfast, this hotel is really worth it, it's nice and impressive.

For breakfast, please provide a variety of breakfast options & please improve the orange juice, and this hotel is really worth it for me who is on a low budget.

Traveloka kindly upgraded our room due to internal error. The room is neat & spacious. Enjoy our stay. Waiter in the restaurant are friendly, ready to help out. Having breakfast in the rooftop is an unforgettable experience - with cold breeze in temperature 17°C but beautiful scenery.

We arrived late but felt welcome, enjoy the stay though feel really cold inside the room. Overall, the room is clean but jetwasher in the toilet is leaking. Hope it will be improved next time. Really see good scenery during breakfast..amazing

The staff is very nice, very helpful. But the towels do smell like medicine and are not very comfortable to use. The room is nice, not too cold inside, very comfortable. Booking the standard for just one day is just right. As for the food, well, it's so-so. If you say it's good, it's good, the coffee is okay, the availability of fruit might be better if it's more varied. The atmosphere is top notch. Access to Mikie Holiday is very close. I recommend it. But that was the minus, the towels could be cleaned again and smell nice hehe. ✨

The TV is working fine (Android TV). But it won't turn on. Maybe because it's new. But the room and everything else are fine.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever I stay in Brastagi. The atmosphere is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

Got a room next to the road, and when I woke up, I felt like there were more than 10 of them. I couldn't sleep, it was so noisy. Upon check-in, the room was filled with over 50 dead and live insects. I asked to be changed, and the new room was the same (as in the photo). While I was sleeping, a bug would suddenly fall on my face. The mattress was also covered in insects, and it never got clean.

All the staff are friendly... only the cleanliness of the bed needs attention and the pillows smell of hair oil... The room is noisy with the sound of vehicles because the hotel is close to the main road...

One of the hotels located close to the Micky Holiday tourist center, just a short walk across the street. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The food is quite delicious, and the prices are affordable—all of which are the hotel's selling points. Thank you, and we wish Hotel Uluna Brastagi continued success and growth.

Staff was friendly and my request for room got fulfilled. Room was okay, clean and homey. Near mikie holiday park, walking access. Its just a waste Wifi was bad, cant be used, same as smart tv cant be used bcs wifi cant connect. Access to room by ladder, no lift available. Location was on main road, you may missed it and be careful when getting to hotel bcs car around was speeding a lot.
