Friendly staff, good location, quiet rooms

Overall it was a good stay. It was a nice modern design, clean, friendly staff, etc. My only negatives were the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, I had wished breakfast lasted just a little longer, & you had to pay to play any of the games. Also you only get the initial bits to make coffee in room but no refills, which is odd cause you can get more teabags.

Lovely and comfy

Good spacious room, nice toiletries, decent beds, noisy with downstairs bar music starting at 7am for an hour which was weird and annoying way to be woken up. Limited parking that you can’t reserve. Walking to town, handy enough.

Most of the staff really friendly, rooms are a little small but ok for a few days. Clean and comfy which is the most important!

Clean, small, tidy, just perfect. Housekeeper made beautiful bed 🤩! Only 4⭐️ because cettle wasn’t working.

Really good place to stay, exceeded my expectations, nice staff, really good sized room, good bathroom, no issues at all.

Hotel was clean, beds a dream so comfortable 15 min walk to the main city centre so not bad at all overall enjoyable stay and would come back

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful

Works for us as a family and stay regularly. Waitrose next door for essentials, 5 min walk to town and friendly staff.

Good value hotel and comfortable rooms. Only thing that let it down was the slightly chaotic breakfast (good choice they were just very busy and kept running out of things) compared to other Moxy hotels we have stayed in

Room was very clean and spacious. The only negative were the PILLOWS! All four were to firm maybe replace 2 with soft ones giving the customers a choice. Oh and a few more hangers would be good. Can’t comment on the food as we ate out. We will return.

The hotel was spotless. Staff were brilliant and always helpful. The only improvement required is breakfast the demand was far higher than the speed of food production. Choices good but very slow with refills of cooked food. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
