Very convenient for the airport and the shuttle service is awesome too.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The major drawback is that the airport shuttle needs 2 hours notice and it takes 30 mins to get a taxi. If you are relying on shuttle service to/from the airport you should be aware of this. Otherwise, convenient and rooms are nice.

It was very comfortable, clean, easy, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent. The free shuttle is helpful, but definitely give yourself more time than you think you'll need, because traffic can be very slow getting to/from the airport.

Great stay near the airport with frequent shuttles, an attached restaurant, pool and sauna. We loved our spacious, clean room. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient

After a cancelled flight, my stay at MK was absolutely relaxing, worry free, and comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and all of my needs were met before I even asked!

This hotel is amazing! Shuttle service was great. They waited for us at the airport despite being delayed by customs for almost 50 min. You do have to email them in advance to set it up though but they also answer what's app phones if you can't make local calls from your foreign cellphone. Room is spacious and clean. The pillows could have been a little better (they were too soft and thin) but that didn't take away from how great this hotel is. Staff is very kind. The breakfast is bufet style and they use very high quality ingredients. Everything tasted so good and there was a lot of variety. And the best thing : it was included in the price. They have a sauna that you can use free of charge as well. Overall a great hotel.

Had to get a taxi despite booking a shuttle from the airport. Water was not even warm to take a shower the next morning, sauna was locked up, pillows were shocking. Am amazing looking hotel that fails on all the basics.

From start to end, a fabulous stay. The two guys working by reception were great, the room was huge and had a massive bathtub, which was a bonus to save us trying to shower our baby. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet and felt really new. Would recommend

Nice place for a transit flight from Tirana Airport

A bit far from the center but close to the airport and they have free bus transportation with a heads up and a 1000 lek deal with taxi for anywhere in Tirana. The rooms do get a bit toasty so leaving the window open helps cool everythibg down. Overall great experience would go back!

Great location! Restaurant was fabulous, including staff and food! Room was wonderful and convenient for our flight home. We scheduled the shuttle to the airport, which was a huge benefit!

I have back and leg pain and this was the perfect quiet environment to be in a few days. Restaurant is great and there is a mini grocery store and coffee shop near by when I need fresh air, small walks and a different environment than my room to look forward to each day. Staff is very helpful!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! I attempted to contact them multiple times for a transport from the airport as i was arriving at 2AM. they refused to contact me back. i attempted to walk there but was walking in the pitch black with stray dogs jumping at me. i had to turn around and sleep at the airport all night. i thought no big deal, ill just get my money back. when i contacted expedia, the hotel LIED and said i stayed there. i have PROOF i was stuck at the airport all night but they are LIARS and so my refund was denied. i am out of money for this hotel and i did not even step foot in their lobby. they should be ashamed of themselves

Would definitely recommend. Amazing hotel 10/10
