Great location close to the airport. Lovely clean hotel and helpful staff. Had a great morning swim in the pool. Breakfast was also very good

**PSA:** If you plan to use the hotel's airport shuttle, reserve it well in advance. I tried to arrange it on the day of my arrival, but my WhatsApp messages, emails, phone calls and texts all went unanswered. With no way to reach anyone, I had no choice but to pay for a taxi to the hotel. What was most frustrating was that I was never informed this additional step was required. When I arrived, I had to convince the staff that I hadn't received any notification before they finally offered to compensate me with breakfast. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't make up for the unnecessary stress, extra expense, and poor first impression. This was a completely avoidable issue that could have been prevented with a simple email or a timely response to one of my many messages. It's unfortunate because it overshadowed what should have been a smooth arrival and left a sour taste from the very beginning of my stay.

The check in was easy, the staff are super helpful, room is squeaky clean, the restaurant has good food choices. My flight was at 4am. The shuttle was at the entrance at sharp 2am as agreed upon when I checked in. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The space was clean and modern. The hotel staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was fantastic. I love the modern design of the building and rooms. I found the restaurants to be lacking in service and food quality. The restaurant space looks very nice but the portions are small and the food mediocre for the high price.

Put us in a 3 person room with a separate bedroom which was great for privacy. Helped with ice for an injured persons knee. View was great, pool was amazing, breakfast was very good!

This is a beautiful hotel. I only wish we arrived earlier in the day to take advantage of the beautiful outside pool area. We also ate a late dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. If I get back to this area I would definitely stay again!

Room was clean, staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect if you need to go to or from the airport. They have a free transfer and also green parking. Perfect for my travel needs as I was en route to another destination. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable

Hotel transfer from the airport did not show up though the flight was 30mins late. Directions from .lGoogle maps not correct! Otherwise, front staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, room clean and spacious. Pool, fitness center and sauna all new.

Great place to stay the night if you are flying in late or departing early. It’s a new hotel so everything works as it should. Be sure to book your airport shuttle at least 2 hours in advance! Definitely will be back.

Staff was unhelpful in coordination of 24/7 shuttle from airport. Traveling as two young women, we coordinated a hotel shuttle to pick us up from MK ahead of time. The staff ignored our calls and texts upon landing in Tiana around midnight. We had to take a taxi from the airport and pay an exuberant amount out of pocket. The staff blamed us for not finding the shuttle on the dimly lit parking lot. Incredible terrible way to start our Albanian travels. Beautiful county and people, but would not recommend the MK Hotel.

Great hotel by the airport.

The pool was warm and good for swimming. The sauna was nice as well but you have to ask the reception to have it on. The rooms were very nice but they didnt give free water every day as they did on the first day we arrived. Would've been nice to have had cold water to come home to and also no small milk cartons to have tea with. Chefs were helpful with everything I asked for, eg milk for tea to have in room, heating up of outside food. We didnt eat anything at all in hotel as it had to be paid for separately. Our bathroom overflowed with shower water when we showered and night staff was really helpful. This hotel is 15-20 mins away from city centre. I had use of a car so no issue. But there was no shuttle buses to and fro hotel. Wasn't any entertainment on for adults but they had kids party on day we arrived. Plenty of space for parking car. Also the food wasnt halal in hotel so couldn't dine in even though we didnt pay for it.

We only stayed one quick night but everything was clean and as expected. The pool looked great.
