Convenient

Very clean and quiet

The ADA room is the best one I’ve seen in hotels ! A few notes the shower bench should be one bench and not two mismatched ones. It was difficult to transfer into, also the shampoo,conditioner and body wash should be within reach and I had a hard time getting to them where they are placed and the bed should be a little bit lower. Other than that the room had a lot of space, I could fit underneath the kitchen sink and bathroom sink! I could reach the freezer, the microwave and toaster were all on the counter which was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, very friendly staff, abundance of options.

Check in was such an inconvenience with parking. There was no directions on website to prepare. Waited over an hour for our room. Staff was nice and extended our checkout time but never updated our room key so we still got locked out.

Great location with many surrounding restaurants and shops. Clean hotel with friendly staff, free breakfast, and pool. Our room was clean and spacious. We would happily come back again.

Had requested a quiet room months in advance. The room itself was great however my request was not honored in fact it was the noisiest rm possible due to traffic (cars, trucks, motorcycles) outside. We expected traffic as its a downtown location but shouldve got a clue how bad it would be when they offered us at ck-in: ear plugs, a white noise machine or a fan. I booked the rm months before only to be told at ck in they did not have a rm on a higher floor (we were on 4, they have 11). The other side of the hallway may have been better as well. The traffic only worsened at 10:00 pm thru 2am & ear plugs & white noise did not come close to helping. Totally ruined a nice day and night away as well as the next day with no sleep. Only stay here if you are able to sleep thru anything. We stay at Marriott often so was very disappointed we were not assigned a quiet rm as requested well in advance.

Everything was really great! Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with the mix up about the room, but she changed everything without no problem. But the room wasn't the cleanest though the refrigerator was not clean and the bathroom vent didn't work. And the couch had stains everywhere and didn't look the best to sit on. Other than that it was the perfect location and very convenient for what my family and I needed.

Room was very spacious! There were two adults and three children and we were all very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a very clean, quiet hotel located within walking distance to everything we did. I will stay here next time I’m in Grand Rapids
