The staff was friendly, but we were a bit disappointed the first night we stayed in a room with a leaking AC. The AC setting was only set to 16°, and we couldn't lower the temperature. There were only a few TV channels. After reporting this, we were moved to the next room, which was quite good: the AC didn't leak, the temperature was moderate, and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. The location is below the wholesale center and close to Pasar Turi, making it perfect for those who want to buy in bulk. The downside is that it's hard to find comfortable food stalls around the hotel, other than street vendors.

I often stay here when I'm in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious and clean, and all the amenities are good.

There were small cockroaches on the bed and in the closet. The bathroom floor was slippery and flooded. The bathroom was very dirty. The headboard light was out. The AC wasn't cooling; I contacted the team, but they set the temperature to the maximum. The bedsheets hadn't been changed. Room 216

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, and of course it is right in the largest wholesale center area in East Java.

In the future, maybe the sheets and towels will be so there are no stains.

1. Why is there a rule that says you can't combine two beds into one? The rules are too harsh. 2. Check-in is too strict, it has to be after 2:00 PM. 3. The sheets are already dirty.

The rooms are nice, but the cleanliness is lacking. So, please help the housekeeping staff improve their work so the beds are cleaner and free of bacteria.

For those staying here, it's recommended to buy towels or bring them from outside, as the towels are as bad as rags. As other reviews have shown, there are a lot of small cockroaches in the room. The sheets are also covered in yellow stains, whether they're paint marks or something else.
