Thank you for the friendly service, and the hotel's cleanliness could be slightly improved. Everything else is excellent, in my opinion.

Sometimes we need a little time away from our tiring routines. Last weekend, I decided to take a short staycation at Hotel D'Carol Surabaya. Initially, I was just looking for a place to rest for a while. However, the experience of staying here gave me a new perspective. When I first entered the room, the thing I felt most was the comfort. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing from all the work deadlines. The staff was also very friendly, making the hotel feel warm and homey. Hotel D'Carol gave me a space to dialogue with myself, rethink my life's priorities, and of course, enjoy quality time with my partner without interruption. It turns out, happiness doesn't have to be about traveling far. Sometimes, just changing places is all it takes to see things from a fresh perspective. The service was good, but the only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the slightly smelly room. The bed had a stained blanket, and the pillows were dull and smelly, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and definitely affordable. Comfort is also excellent.

The pillowcases and sheets could probably use a little more cleaning. There were stains on each one. Perhaps a trash receptacle could be provided outside the bathroom.

Not the first option. They hide the dirty linen from the bed and hairy stuff is there like it wasn't clean before.

I checked in just 5 minutes, checked out, and moved on. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. Cockroaches everywhere.

The hotel is quite good, only the cleanliness of the room is less than satisfactory because the bed sheets still have yellow spots and the pillowcases look dirty brown, and the towels are not very clean.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room didn't smell of cigarettes. However, the sheets and bedcover were dirty and stained.

The room is spacious, and it's close to the city and the train station. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels could also be changed. The floor in the room and bathroom were also dirty. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.
