Nice hotel the supervisor on duty helped me to change my room coz it was cold and on the corner noise from train station. She gave me a lovely room .all helpful

A true gem ! In the heart of the the city right next to the train station which makes for a convent and easy commute to and from the airport . Seamless check in process . Recommend upgrading to a higher floor room/suite as the windows and layout are beautiful . Great architecture throughout , would stay here again on my next trip

Just great hotel for the price. I was there for Slush and it’s next to the train station so it was easy to get to the convention. This was my second stay.

The room was cozy with a comfortable and warm bed. Loved the sauna! Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is very convenient for sightseeing. It made me happy, as one of the main reasons I visited Helsinki was to explore the city, and the location was perfect for that. In addition, the hotel has a unique design, and I heard that it used to be an office building for a train company. The hotel is well organized and well maintained, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very centrally located hotel. Staff was very nice and the breakfast, while not included in my room price was worth it. The bed was very comfortable as were the -pillows which often complain about.

Fab Sauna

Staff at main desk were exceptional. Friendly helpful and made everything feel easy.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I made a wrong booking in terms of the dates and immediately reached out to Expedia to correct it. One of the 2 rooms I booked should be 1 night less and the other room should be 1 night more. Both Expedia and myself were not able to get any response from the hotel despite our constant effort and it was only half resolved (on 1 of the room bookings and not both), after I escalated this matter to their senior management. It had been quite a nightmare trying to coordinate this with the hotel and Expedia and the hotel just went radio silent when I tried to follow up. So be warned this hotel does not reply to any messages via Expedia nor their hotel support email address, which is appalling for such a reputable chain.

I had a very pleasent stay at your hotel. One tiny thing I missed, was a waterkettle and some teabags on the room. Otherwise excellent. Thank you very much!
