As a person who often travels for work and leisure, I highly appreciate Sogo Hotel for the following reasons (you can refer to it): The hotel receptionist is very enthusiastic, takes care of guests attentively and always supports to resolve guests' requests WITH JOY!!! (I arrived 6 hours early and checked out 1 hour late, the female receptionist - I think the hotel only has 2 receptionists - was very enthusiastic in supporting. Not to mention I booked an extra night because I had to stay overnight. She also helped me change rooms very thoughtfully. Because the room I was staying in was already booked by the next guest. However, she helped me move the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor so that I could move my luggage more easily. I was very satisfied with the receptionist's thoughtfulness even though she did not proactively tell the guest that she moved the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor because of that. The receptionist on the evening shift was also very okay, helpfull and very respectful of the guest) In terms of personality, I rate 10 points! The hotel room is also very clean (I noticed the housekeeping lady cleaning the other rooms, she cleaned very neatly. Not to mention she is also very enthusiastic and friendly!), the room space is airy and the air conditioner is very cool, even though the hotel has been in operation for quite a long time, I am satisfied with the way the hotel is maintained and taken care of to bring a good experience to guests. Besides, although this hotel is located in the central area of District 1, the space is very quiet and not noisy, the soundproofing between rooms is also very good. Regarding transportation, major tourist attractions, large shopping centers and hospitals are all within a radius of 1-2km and very easy to get to; you can walk to save money, or if the sun is hot, take a taxi, it will only cost 20-30k. The hotel is also very close to the offices of major bus companies in SG, very convenient to transfer from the bus station to the hotel and vice versa; very convenient!!! Finally, if you are looking for a place that is cost-effective and has adequate amenities, clean rooms, and easy access to locations in District 1 and even other districts of Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend this hotel ✨✨✨✨✨

Truc Huynh is very supportive and issues invoices quickly. The location is good and convenient to go anywhere. Catch a bus quickly.

Compared to the price of ~500k, it is an OK choice. Although it smells a bit like sewers if you don't turn on the air conditioner, overall, for those who are not too picky and need a good location, the room is basically nice and clean.

It looks ok but I read bad reviews and I'm scared 😅 But everything seems ok, with this average and price, it's too good... If it's not ok, then maybe the room is a bit small compared to the photo 🤣🤣🤣 maybe the wide-angle photo looks a bit fake, minus 7/10 compared to the photo. The rest is ok =)))))))

Friendly staff..Clean & comfort room and bed..Location near foodstall and just walk a second to bui vien walking street.. Sure will come back to stay here if i back to HCMC

The hotel is in a good location, with full basic amenities. The staff is very supportive of guests, including Pu and Nam with long curly hair who were very supportive.

The room is very old and dirty. Not cleaned, old trash is still there. The room is not cleaned, stuffy and damp, has a bad smell. Small and cramped. The staff is enthusiastic, the rest is bad.

The room is clean, not very spacious but comfortable enough. Near the market, near many restaurants, Bui Vien street. The price is cheap. Even though I didn't have breakfast, I felt very ok. I was also moved to a room like everyone else but the room was big and clean, the bathroom was large but there was no hot water, and the picture of the cockroach came the next morning, I don't know where it came from 🙁

The hotel rooms are clean, as shown in the picture, the receptionists are very cute, I booked 2 rooms that are not of the same class but want to stay on the same floor, you support me to upgrade the room for free, the hotel is near the hospital, but does not affect the noise, a place worth visiting, next time I have the opportunity to come back 😁😃

Ironing charges 25,000 VND / Dress. Checkin time is at 14:00, I have a note that I want to check in early, the hotel supports checkin at 13:00. And checkin 12h, the fee is 100,000 VND. The bathroom does not have warm water, only cold water. There is no mirror for makeup, no wardrobe mirror, only a bathroom mirror. Noisy air conditioner. Toilet design transparent glass + exposed toilet, outside will clearly see what you are doing - Uncomfortable. The sink water goes down slowly. Pros: Friendly staff.

Great hospitality, all the staffs are kind and friendly. Nice room, so convenient to travel from the airport by bus no. 109, directly to the stop opposite the hotel.
