Pelayanan ramah, baik dan sopan. Setiap kali ke Payakumbuh selalu menginap di sini. Receptionis sangat membantu sekali. Lokasi juga strategis. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, Pokoknya bakalan menginap di sini lagi.
