1.5 hours of waiting to check in, no news regarding the results of searching for other accommodation.

Ini jadi pengalaman yang paling tidak mengenakkan bagi saya. Saya dateng dengan taksi ke alamat yang ada di traveloka, tetapi setelah dicari² hampir 1 jam tidak ada yang tau alamat pastinya. Coba tanya ke satpam, katanya disuruh telpon saja. Tetapi ketika ditelpon tidak diangkat bahkan hp nya dimatikan. Sepertinya tempat ini adalah scam. Anehnya bisa nongol di traveloka, sehingga terlihat meyakinkan. Hati² dengan hotel seperti ini.

Dirty room, dirty bed linen with white spots like sperm, dirty bathroom, ac not cold & asking to replace the broken remote and ignore it. The positives: facilities such as lots of places to eat, complete mini markets. Better to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.

Tv sengaja gak nyala, wifi gak dikasih, toilet gak keluar air, air panas gak nyala juga, di atas kasur ngeres bau dekil kotor, handuk pun dikasih 1 pula setelah meminta dari jam 18.40 datangnya 22.30! Sabun dan sikat gak ada. Atap langit banyak jaring laba-laba.
