The service was good, everything was good. The only thing I could have improved was the room's cleanliness; there seemed to be some stains, probably from being cleaned in a hurry.

Not bad, just the air conditioning isn't working well. Lately, the bed sheets haven't been very clean.

Luckily, I chose to stay at Cascade Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights—and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The hotel made me feel incredibly comfortable, almost like being at home. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. The staff are always available and very supportive. Special thanks to the security team and receptionists—they were all so friendly and professional. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it wasn’t a big deal for me considering everything I received in return. This place genuinely impressed me from the start, and even after returning home, I keep recommending it to my friends. This is my honest experience, not a paid or promotional review. After staying here, I completely understand why Cascade Hotel has such high ratings on travel platforms.

New, clean, good location, next to 7-11

The staff was friendly especially the doorman and the front desk staff that was in night shift. They saw I was difficult in walking, they showed their concern and the front desk staff passed me the ointment and room key. I felt so warm. Thank you for the kindness! We stayed for 4 nights. The tower and water did not replace started at 3rd day, but we got it after respond. The hotel is located at Wongwian Yai station. 10 minutes to BTS. 7-11 is just beside the hotel. The hotel is new.

New hotel with lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Rooms were smart and stylish and bed was very comfortable. Shower had a full rain head, a normal shower head and also a water fall outlet all in a stylish dark tile very nice. Only complaint from the wife was they need a full length mirror in the main room. Will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok
