Súper mal servicio, nunca nadie en las 2 noches que estuve ahí me pudieron solucionar el tema de 2 abitaciones que se tenían que conectar, para mis hijas.

The rooms were excellent and clean, bathroom was fantastic. The lobby was great with a bar off to the side, a great Cafe on another side and a fantastic pool on the patio. Two thumbs up.

Excellent location, everything is a walking distance. Loved the area and the shopping and dinner options.

Parking was hard and inconvenience

It was a nice hotel. The elevator could be faster but other than that great hotel.

Parking was confusing. Had to get ticket. Drag ur luggage around parking lot. No help getting bags. Had to up elevator to get to lobby. First stunk like cigarette. Receptionist didn’t explain about parking. I had to pay. Then morning receptionist was a lot better. Still was an inconvenience to get your ticket to reception then to ticket both then u can use it to get out. It was to much work
