The swimming pool is the best for children, the room is comfortable although a little small and the breakfast is very satisfying and has many choices.

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool, and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good and family-friendly. Kids room, etc., were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in the future.

The pillow is too thin. There is a smell on the pillow and blanket. Hotel wifi cannot be accessed and the air conditioner is not cold.

Upon my departure, Amin was really friendly, and on the day I checked in, I went for a buffet dinner. I believe it was Mr. Saufi who was really accommodating, together with the rest of the restaurant and kitchen staff.

Staff are really friendly, we are having a great time here! Thank you so much! We are enjoying our family time 🤍.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay but for a 5-star hotel, there are still rooms for improvement. The hotel had great views and a big splash pool (main reason we booked this hotel) but there were not many seats for parents to put their belongings. During our stay, the rooftop pool was closed. For the price, the rooms were kind of small and there isn't anything special about the room. We had a 2-night stay and their make-up room service was slow as we left our room in the morning and we came back around 4 o'clock but our room hasn't been cleaned. They had a large breakfast spread, and we love their waffle! Would we come back again? Sure, for the pool and their sceneries.

The hotel is just perfect, the buffet was very delectable and we loved it. But the front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. They were the only reason we didn't get to enjoy, they blocked us from our room, they didn't attend to our request even after calling the front desk 3 times, the housekeeping staff were much more better than the front desk staff and we had to queue to check out because only 1 counter was open.
