I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box. even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok.

The property is good.Only i noticed that there is no exhaust in the bathroom.everytime i take a bath the mirrors l look

스노클링을 하기엔 위치가 최적입니다만, 호텔 내부가 별로에요. 침구류는 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나고 타시 조식도 정말 별로입니다. 종류, 맛 모두. 직원들은 해맑고 친절한데 생수를 세 번을 시켜야 올 정도로 대응이 느리고 직원들 간의 소통에 문제가 있어보입니다. 수영장은 최고입니다.

Breakfast was suppose to be included but Hilton had no record of it.

Rooms are awesome. Very comfortable. Staff awesome. Buffet awesome. Would be cool if the ocean beach line was better used and the pool layout is a bit odd. The outdoor restaurant food looked really good but didn’t try it. But some modernization could make it even more appealing. Overall, excellent experience.

I am from Guam and stayed at the Guam Hilton for the New Years holiday. I was very impressed with Guam's very friendly and welcoming island culture. Just about everyone was smiling and genuinely happy to see me. There only a few that didn't acknowledge me even though I said "Hello" but maybe they were having a very bad day. The housekeeping was especially courteous and I admired their professionalism. Room was very nice and clean.

The room I stayed was so old. I was shocked to see slow drain in the tub. None of the other hotels I stayed during my 2-week trip had this problem! It has a great location, but I don’t know if I want to stay there again.

Yes, room was comforting and view was exceptional. Staff was outstanding...Loved every minute..

EVEN THOUGH I HAD CALLED AND SPOKEN TO SOMEONE THAT MORNING ABOUT A SHUTTLE PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT. THERE WAS NO RECORD OF IT. THE ONLY REASON I HAD A RIDE WAS THAT SOMEONE ELSE ON THE FLIGHT WAS STAYING THERE, AND THERE WAS ACTUALLY A RECORD OF HIS RESERVATION. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO FIND A TAXI (AT 10 PM!) OR HITCH HIKE. FILING A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR REFUND.
