Because Travelio staff is not there, guests have to wait a long time to receive their room key. After entering the room, you can see that there are many items that have been damaged before, such as a wardrobe that cannot be moved because the door is broken, an error water tap suddenly flows by itself, the bedside table is dislodged, it is just thrown on the floor without being put back in place, the air conditioner is it doesn't really feel cold even though it's already 16 degrees, Wifi can't be used because according to the info I got, the owner of the apartment hasn't extended it for more or less 3 months, TV can't be used because there's an error in the device, bathroom cleanliness is lacking because it's still there strange smells. Very inconsistent with the photos shown, hopefully with this criticism the facilities will be repaired soon for the convenience of other guests 👍🏻.
