Hotel staff are nice and friendly, the process is fast.

When you first enter the hotel, you can smell the dampness, but once you turn on the AC, the dampness of the room is no longer felt. The cleanliness is quite good. The service is okay. Especially for those who bring motorbikes, they are given a padlock, so you don't have to worry about security. So it's comfortable and safe during your stay. Plus there's Netflix and YouTube, so you feel more at home in the room even though the internet is a bit intermittent. Hopefully there will be improvements.

It is very comfortable to stay at monocoliving with relatively cheap prices for the bedrooms and facilities available, parking can be done in front of the inn, only for cars there is no canopy to protect from the heat and rain

First time I found out from Traveloka and it is very worth it if you stay here. Wifi, Netflix, YouTube facilities can be unlimited. The location is very strategic, located almost in the middle of the city. The price is also cheap for a room that is quite complete with facilities. Parking can be in front, if the car is outside the fence but it is quite safe. There are also many food sellers around it.

I highly recommend staying here because it's close to everywhere, especially the mosque. The staff are friendly, the AC is cold and works well. The water is flowing smoothly. If you want to make coffee, just get it downstairs. Overall, I'm really happy.

Alhamdulillah, I have been a regular at Mono Coliving Ngagel every time I go on holiday or have an event in Surabaya. The place is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, the water is flowing smoothly, the AC is cold, it works well, access to everywhere is also close & most importantly it is close to the mosque.

It was a pleasure staying here, for research purposes in Surabaya.

Room 106 jet shower leaks, AC takes a long time to turn on and off

Friendly staff, fast check in and out process, clean room, only the bottom of the sink is not so clean, fast enough wifi, spacious room, strategic location if you want to take public transportation, find food, photocopying, minimarket nearby.

okay for a stay in Surabaya

I booked standard single room. it was fit for me as I went to Surabaya for business trip. comfort small room but bathroom inside. enough hot water (you need to wait for a while for hotwater), toiletries provided (set toothbrush, soap, towel), AC also fine, not too cold thou. but I'll stay here again if I go to Surabaya for business trip in the future.

Hot water on the 2nd floor is not optimal

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, check in at 12 midnight is possible. Recommended.

Stayed 3 nights. The first day we arrived, the sheets looked a bit dirty. The next day when we checked out, we asked for the sheets to be changed. It turned out that the sheets had not been changed, as seen from the stains on the sheets that we had seen before, they were still in the same position, meaning that the sheets were still the same as yesterday's, not changed as we requested. The hotel staff insisted that the sheets had been changed. But we knew it wasn't. The bathroom was not clean, especially the inside of the toilet lid, there were spots of poop. The bidet hose was also leaking, so it sprayed everywhere, which should have been unusable, not replaced.

This is the best. Cheap prices but the facilities are more than adequate. If I may suggest that the plugs in the bathroom be closed, you'll be scared if they come in contact with water. The rest is really recommended if you are looking for a cheap budget. Will come back here again if I go to Surabaya.

The price is OK and the supporting facilities are appropriate. Will use again on the next trip.
