The room was beautiful and cozy, with mountain views, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and they even gave us succulents as a gift upon checkout.

The staff here are lovely. Whether you arrive early or leave late, they're happy to receive your luggage. The hotel's location is also close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around and finding places to eat.

I've stayed here 3 times and recommended it to 2 other friends. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, the room amenities are decent for the price, but the soundproofing isn't great, and there are no toothbrushes, so you have to buy them separately. The parking area is a bit steep, making it difficult for women, but fine for men. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's great for the price, but if you're looking for a beautiful room with a great view for Instagram photos, it doesn't meet your expectations.

My husband, I, and our 2-year-old child stayed with me. I have to say, the hotel, from the service to the cleanliness and the staff's attentiveness, was excellent, very good. I booked two rooms, but one was fully cleaned while the other was missing a lot of things, with scratched wardrobes and tables, and the doors were difficult to close. Overall, it was just okay, not amazing. When we left, each room was given a succulent plant.

The hotel has a beautiful view, is reasonably priced compared to the average, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, the bathroom is large, has solar-powered hot water, and they even give you a complimentary succulent plant upon check-out.

I have 4 nights staying in this hotel. The atmosphere, room space, and staff support is amazing. After checking out, you will be given a small tree, which is cute and impressive. A small note for you that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you can consider choosing a room on the G-floor, or else, ensure that you are willing to go upstairs. By the way, the attic room has a wonderful view. Overall, I had a good experience staying here and highly recommend you.

They didn't proactively clean the room for guests; when guests asked, they said they needed to sign some paperwork upon arrival, but no paperwork had been signed since arrival. The toilet smelled bad, and they didn't proactively change the towels until guests had to be reminded.
