I booked a 15m² Rose room because I thought the cheaper rooms were quite small. Upon check-in, the staff assigned me to a 7.5m² room plus a toilet, totaling 10m² (not like the room in the photos). There wasn't enough space for me to open my suitcase. I requested a room change, but the staff said I would have to pay extra. This is unreasonable because I had already paid a higher price for a larger room when booking. Later, the hotel offered to change rooms for me, but I was too tired and went to sleep, so I didn't change. I hope the hotel will handle this situation fairly and harmoniously to ensure the legitimate rights of its customers.
