It's a bit uncomfortable because the room here is facing the reception, but since it's closer to my in-laws' house, so be it. The room's cleanliness is decent, it doesn't smell stuffy but it's not fragrant either, maybe they could add some air freshener, the AC is cold, and the TV is okay. Facilities like towels, blankets, and sheets could be improved. At least they smell good for comfort. Hopefully, when I come here again, the room, blankets, sheets, and towels will smell good 😁🙏🏻

The AC is very cold, and the room smells great. The hotel area, room, and bathroom are always clean. The staff are also pleasant. Check-in and check-out are very fast and easy. The only problem is the TV sometimes lags, but it returns to normal later.

Receptionist Ms. Arini was very kind and friendly in her service to guests. The security guard was also quick to assist in the parking area. The only downside is that there's no hotel Netflix account available, so you have to have your own. Thank you🫠

I always feel at home staying at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and fast, without any hassle. The hotel area, rooms, and bathrooms are always clean. The AC is also very cold, the only problem is that the TV is a bit slow. Access to everywhere is also very easy. Please keep it up, the overall experience is top notch!
