Very cool, very cool, very cool

Hotel with amazing view especially from the children's pool.. clean rooms, friendly service.

So far this is the best hotel in Bakkara region. It is clean & has a place to hanging on in the back side to see the beautiful Toba Lake. The proved simple breakfast but I think it is OK. Everything seems delicious and gorgeous when we are in near the Toba Lake. The staffs are young but need to learn many things to provide good information about the region.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, the employees are very friendly, but the service is slow. For example in a restaurant, call the waiter up to 3x, then come. Indeed, it has been informed that it is rather busy, but it's time to write down the order, just wait a long time, not to mention the wrong orders. If this is due to a shortage of staff or too much workload, please add more workers. Standard food taste.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights. Pluses: the area around the hotel and behind the floating hotel/restaurant is very beautiful. And you can fish into the lake if you bring your own fishing rod. The check-in process is fast and the rules are not too rigid, you have to be on time at 2 o'clock (we arrived 30 minutes earlier). The staff and waiters are friendly. A comfortable hotel for families. Minus: the service in the restaurant is quite long to wait for orders to come, when it rains a lot of moths in the room when you turn on the lights.

Affordable place to stay with an amazing view. The food is not so bad too, my favorite dish from the hotel restaurant is Beef Fried Rice with Teh Tarik. They've got friendly, funny and helpful hotel staff as well. What a delightful experience to stay:).

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, for the food was delicious and many kinds, for the service it was very well served by Ito Tenson Pasaribu.
