I arrived quite late for check-in, but the staff were still enthusiastic and helpful. The location is also convenient, just one bridge away from the Old Quarter. There's a restaurant next to the homestay that stays open late, so it's very convenient if you want to eat late at night. I haven't tried it yet, but I saw quite a few foreign guests. For this price, I think the room is decent, okay.

We checked into the first floor room with our whole family, but it smelled musty. We complained to the receptionist, who sprayed us with lemon-scented air freshener. The dampness turned into a headache. There were mosquitoes in the room too. In the end, we checked out just 30 minutes after checking in. A terrible experience. We wasted money and were exhausted.

The hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 4-5" walk to the old town. Next door there's also a pretty good banh xeo song hoai restaurant. The receptionist is enthusiastic, the room is quite clean, with full basic amenities.

Convenient location for walking around the old town at night, moving through famous places, restaurants should go by bike. The city view room opens the door to a garbage dump, a scrap yard, there are people lying in hammocks under the room all day not daring to pull the balcony curtains. The balcony is also old and dirty. The room facilities are not complete, borrowed an iron from 7pm but the receptionist said it would be available at 7:30am. While each room should have an iron or at least have one available for guests to borrow. Rented a room for convenience in the morning, but got up at 6am and waited until 7:30am to borrow an iron, and when I finished getting ready, the noon sun was already at its peak. Very boring. The room price is high compared to the room quality.

The villa welcomed me in the late afternoon. The receptionist was so cute 😊. My room was right next to the reception desk so it was very convenient to move my luggage into the room. It rained as soon as it got dark, so we didn't leave the room until 8pm to wander around the old town. The villa's location is very convenient for eating, walking around or going to the church which is also very close. I only stayed 1 night but the experience was quite good. In the evening, I asked the receptionist to stay there for a bit but they didn't mind (even though it was raining). Even the next day we checked out but didn't leave, left our luggage comfortably, there was even a private bathroom outside to change clothes and shower 🥰. Of course, you still have to check out at 12pm like other accommodations. A beautiful stay experience. Will definitely come back if I have the chance.
