Great location,not to far to travel to the tourist hot spots

Excellent hotel

It was close to the burj khalifa but that’s about it. Very clean. Felt like you were in a 4 star hotel. If I was staying longer 5 days I would have stayed in the marina area. 20 mins from the marina and diera. Not far but Ubers add up.

Hotel is good , room small , my comment is breakfast not includes cappuccino or latte and you need to pay extra 15 AED , it is 4 star hotel and this service should be included in the breakfast i don’t understand what is the marketing idea behind charge guest for this normal service !

I was supposed to get an upgrade as platinum VIP member. I did not get it, the guy thought he was smart telling me it’s a better room and any other upgrade I will need to pay. The room was very small and he did not upgrade. The wardrobe is extremely small and in very tight place between bed and bathroom wall. Don’t book if you think you’ll get upgrade. Although room and hotel is clean you do see that the furniture needs updating. Bed is not comfortable. Staff at reception not efficient. I needed to add another day as on business trip but hardly used the hotel. It’s also far from restaurants or shopping malls. They do have a bus shuttle though that goes to the beach or mall. I only found out when I asked. I didn’t use as times did not suit me. I travel a lot and will not use again when in Dubai.

Hotel has no restaurants near by, it was a bit of a walk. The bed was not comfortable. I do have back issues so memory foam bed was not good. The rooms have no hair conditioners. Just shower gel and shampoo. Also no body cream. The hotel is very clean. The reception staff although friendly seem short staffed and not very efficient.

They charged me without my consent and authorization. I will file a complaint against them.
