The room is spacious, close to the road, and the hot water works. There was no one at check-in. There was no one at check-out, but we were informed about check-in and other things. We weren't informed if there were blankets in the room. We thought we didn't get blankets. I don't know if the sheets and pillowcases were changed. When I came home from here, my youngest child was red, itchy, and had spots all over his body.

The bathroom and toilet are very small.

1. The room smelled old. 2. The curtains were shabby. 3. Unfriendly service, still wearing sarongs. 4. The atmosphere was scary. It was already uncomfortable from the moment we walked in, so we just looked up the hotel on our phones and left immediately.

The villa was very well-maintained and clean, with nary a trace of dust, dirt, or grime. The amenities were complete, all neatly and neatly arranged. The mattress was incredibly soft, and the furniture was top-quality. A large extra bed was available, which was great. The only issue was the Wi-Fi and other connectivity issues, which were constantly on and off, so we couldn't watch TV during check-in.

I stayed here with a 2-year-old toddler. The owners are very kind and understanding. The room was clean with all the facilities that they have mentioned. Even though it was raining during our visit, we could enjoy the stay at the room for most of the time. Peaceful, quiet, and calm environment. Mixture of city and hill view sides. Definitely recommend for family or groups.

This most comfortable hotel and villa is the second time I have stayed at this hotel with my beloved family.

Have stayed here several times, the large room fits 6 people, the location is good and the price is definitely very cheap, recommended for those looking for a cheap budget but a good place.

Access to the location is very easy, the view is really good for me who stays in Universe 3, the gallons of Aqua water available are more than enough and there is hot water for bathing.

It's really worth it for the cheap price but you get a spacious villa that can accommodate our family of six. Moreover, there are additional facilities in the form of a kitchen equipped with a food and cooking facility plus drinking water. Spacious car parking. Only a little lacking in the condition of the bathroom which is small and the door is not sturdy enough plus the toilet is tight. But it's nice to have warm water. I have also recommended it to my friends 🥰👍

Top la, lengkap fasilitasnya. Senang bisa menginap berhari-hari di sini, buat 6 sesuai sama diskripsi, buat 3 orang aja sudah luas banget apalagi untuk 6 orang. Cuman mau memesan makan gak tau hubungi siapa hehe.

Villa-nya nyaman dan bersih, gak ada AC tapi ibu pemilik baik banget mau meminjamkan 1 kipas angin, karaoke juga tidak tersedia, mungkin karena di lingkungan perumahan, ada pedagang juga jual makanan keliling, dari sarapan nasi kuning, roti, bakso dan lain-lain, parkir luas, untuk handuk, selimut dan BBQ sudah tersedia beserta arangnya, recommend dan worth juga sih menurut aku dan yang pasti ibu pemilik ramah dan baik, terima kasih ibu Rosita, next time bisa dijadwalkan 🤭🤗🥰.
