The mattress is uncomfortable. So it's not good enough to rest.

Bangunan baru, kamar bersih dan masih baru banget

Material kamar mandi banyak yang berkarat, kebersihan kurang. Layanan tamu kurang memuaskan.

Hotelnya luas, nyaman, petugasnya baik, cuman ada beberapa hal yang sebaiknya diperhatikan lagi, seperti lap kaki depan KM sepertinya belum diganti, lalu lukisan dindingnya lepas dan ada bekas selotip hitam yang tertinggal jadi kurang estetik, selebihnya sudah bagus, terima kasih:).

Tempatnya nyaman bersih, pelayanan ramah, parkir luas. Mantap.

The location of the hotel is far from the crowds, it's hard to find food even online.

I think it's good, but the minus is the smell of the room.

The floor was dirty, the blanket was small and the footcloth was really dirty too. I left my stuff there at night I called like I didn't want to be honest with the staff.

In the writing there is hot water. When you use it, you can't keep the water cold.

The telephone number listed on the call did not even respond. Even though I've tried to call, sms, call via wa, chat via wa, no response. After arriving at the location. I was reprimanded after arriving, only to respond to my wa. And the new towels were prepared when I entered the hotel, even though I checked in at 11 pm. What have you been doing since noon?

It must be recommended, the maintenance is good. Hope it is maintained.

Hotel yang saya rekomendasikan banget, dari segi kenyamanan, view, serta penanganan yang sangat worth it dan terletak ditempat yang strategis dilengkapi juga fasilitas hotel, resto, dan pemandangan pantai. Thanks:)

Offering uncleaned room. Very bad experience

Got a room where the air conditioner wasn't cold at all and I couldn't turn it off by myself.

The room is clean, but when I want to check in, I wait for the room to be cleaned for almost hour, in the room there is no tea, only sugar.

I ordered 4 rooms and checked in at 7 pm but the rooms were not ready so we had to wait more than 30 minutes to be cleaned first (complaint to the receptionist because I brought my parents and had to wait in the cafe while the room was cleaned), the hotel staff were all friendly and helpfully. The accommodation is in accordance with the photo but about cleanliness is lacking, even though the bed linen has been replaced but there are still hairs and blood stains, in the bathroom there is a lot of hair, the floor is slippery (maybe when we waited it was just changing the sheets, not in the mop) for breakfast there is not yet available, just walk to the embed market to find breakfast. The hotel is on the edge of a pinned beach and there is a cafe, there is live music too but don't expect a clean beach, because the beach is brown hehe. Thank you riverside hotel.
