Hotel management asks guests to keep their beds clean, but the area under the bed was extremely dusty and littered with trash. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it wasn't done. Cockroaches and other insects roamed around, making it difficult to sleep.

I chose Diamond Hotel because it has a Family Room with an affordable price because I went with my kids, but it was far from my expectations, the room was cramped, the worst thing was the bathroom was really dirty, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where the AC water was thrown on the bathroom floor, can you imagine what the bathroom was like, slippery, wet all the time, the hotel staff, especially the FO, had really bad service, they were rude and not friendly at all, when we went in and out they ignored us, a big No for coming back again

good atmosphere and maintain the quality of the room and the cleanliness of the room....after staying many times, only one thing that is starting to be neglected is the bathroom walls are starting to have black spots and are not cleaned...otherwise very satisfied and will not move.
