The trash was not cleaned up, there were no toiletries, the sheets were torn, the floor was dirty.

The check-in process was easy and fast, the friendly staff was very helpful. Smoking rooms outside the lobby and car parking are very limited.

This is my experience of staying at Muara Hotel, the room is clean, complete amenities. Breakfast is standard and quite tasty. The balcony is dirty and has weeds growing on it. The pillowcase, mattress pad and duvet cover have lots of yellow spots. Please pay attention in the future. 😊

My second experience staying at Hotel Muara. I ordered the Deluxe King no Window type, the room and toilet are minimalist but clean. Room 214 AC is not cold enough. Breakfast is standard and tastes quite good. Overall Good. 😊

Lokasi bagus tapi kebersihan handuk, sprei, bantal and bath mate perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Sound proof kamar tidak bisa meredam suara-suara kendaraan yang terdengar di jalan raya, seperti nya ada gap di jendela nya.

Mantap dan pas pakoknya, Tapi sayang kran kamar mandi kurang tinggi, karena kalau pengen mandi pake shower agak lama. Jadi mandi pake kran, tapi krannya rendah. Receptionist nya ramah, sangat sopan.👍.

Summary: it ' s not perfect but it ' s okay. Value for money. Pros: Near Bukittinggi. A restaurant and convenience store available near the hotel. Comfortable room. Tasty and filling breakfast. Excellent service from the staffs. Cons. 1) the room and bathroom floors need to be swept and cleaned after each tenant. Seriously, I was barefoot and my feet were quickly dirty. There were traces of hairs and orange seeds from a previous tenant. 2) The soap was 99 % water but it worked.
