Used to be called Ever Bright Hotel. Great hotel if you do not drive and park. Very close to food and Galaxy Mall.

No concierge when we check -in and out.. not too clean housekeeping.. good location tho. The pathway in front of the hotel in not smooth for lugagge in and out, meeds effort

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice place to stay. The room was great, modern, and super comfortable. The only thing missing from the hotel facilities is the swimming pool, but for those who like to exercise, you can still use the gym. Strategic location, close to everywhere.

The hotel's location is close to many restaurants and neighborhood amenities, such as McDonald's, Family Mart, Pizza Hut, and other convenience stores, making it easy to find food nearby. The hotel's location is also close to healthcare facilities and the Airlangga University campus, making access to these places quick and easy. The service is excellent, and the hotel's ambiance is comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for business trips. The room amenities are excellent (such as a work desk and more than two power outlets).

Everything was okay, just a bit long wait at check-in, even though I checked in 2 hours late from check-in time but still had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready, finally I waited in the restaurant and ordered food, thankfully the food was okay and the service was also good. I really like the concept of the mezzanine room, even though the ceiling is very low and we were stuck hehe, but overall it's okay, the hotel staff is very helpful. When it came time to check out, I am a very disciplined person and have never checked out late, before 12 I received a reminder that check out is at 12 noon at the latest, I understand the staff is following the SOP and maybe the officer didn't know I was late checking in and asked to wait 30 minutes and I didn't ask for any compensation, it's just I feel a little annoyed of that. But it's okay though, I still want to come back again sometime. Thanks

Almost every day the menu is the same, lack of variety

It was a great stay here, close to ITS and Unair, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, there were lots of food around which were just a few steps away, close to Mba Naning's pecel which you have to take a queue number to buy 🤭, and the most impressive thing for us was Mr. Denny at the FO, he was very friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was very fast, it seemed he really worked with his heart and this was the most impressive thing for our family, with his hospitality we really felt the sensation of a 4 star hotel. The only slight downfall was the parking lot which was a bit cramped, yes, we will definitely stay there again if we want to visit our children.

Everyone is nice, everyone is friendly. The staff is on call morning and night.

To make up for it, the hotel arranged rooms that were located close to each other, which we appreciated. Access to and from the hotel was very convenient, and the facilities provided were excellent—definitely up to standard and nothing to complain about. I would still consider staying here again in the future, especially during less busy periods.

when checking in at 17.00 the receptionist said the room was not ready, it seemed like an intern or probationer. After we were a bit angry, the senior said the room was ready. I was disappointed at first. Luckily the room was comfortable and clean. when the receptionist called to check out, her tone was a bit rude. I don't know why such a good hotel has such a chaotic reception.

For the price per night 850k there are no facilities whatsoever. I think it's expensive And the bf is also ordinary, not varied The room is not soundproof The TV is not smart tv The porridge bf is incredibly sweet
