The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. Convenient location, a few minutes walk to the beach, close to the market and restaurants. Enthusiastic host, quick check-in. However, the parking lot is small and has to be paid separately, not included in the room rate. I think it would be perfect if there was free parking. Anyway, it is still a place worth considering when coming to Quy Nhon.

The apartment is exactly as described, clean and tidy. The location is very convenient - near the beach, near the market, surrounded by countless restaurants and cafes. Strong wifi, cool air conditioning. Friendly host, quick response. Everything is fine, worth the experience.

My family has a lot of people, including children, so staying in an apartment like this is very convenient. The room is clean, not too much stuff but enough for living, the cost is very reasonable. The living room and master bedroom have a sea view. At night, you can watch the fireworks from the room, no need to go out. There are many restaurants around so you don't need to go far, the only problem is that the hotel is very windy :))))

The toilet door wouldn't open or close by itself. The dryer didn't work when we checked in. We asked to change it but it didn't. The toilet in the room smelled. Overall, it only had those few problems, otherwise it was okay.

Our group of 5 stayed in a 2-bedroom room, which was quite comfortable. The staff was enthusiastic. The view was nice, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Easy to move around. Suitable for those who travel a lot, only returning to the apartment to sleep.

The minimum equipment needed is coffee, tea and dish soap as well as dishwashing tools, and changing towels for the new day, blankets only have a blanket cover without a stuffing

The location is right in the center, close to everywhere, the food is fresh and delicious but the price is cheap. If you want to swim, just walk 5 minutes through the park to the lawn, very convenient. The beach is near Ghenh Rang Tien Sa, a place famous for the poet Han Mac Tu.

Even though we checked in at 9pm, the staff was still enthusiastic in helping us carry our luggage and even waited for us to have a late night snack. The room was clean and located near the center, very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to stay here! ❤️

The staff here are extremely cute! First time coming to Quy Nhon, the sea breeze outside was unbearably hot, but when I got back to the room with cool air conditioning, I felt like I was reborn^^

The balcony has tables and chairs, very suitable for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a can of beer in the evening, while watching the sea. However, a small point that needs improvement is to add trash bags for guests to change themselves, because the current trash can is quite small.

Staying here was great, near the sea so the mornings were cool. The room was nice, comfortable and had a sea view, really relaxing.

The room is big, spacious, beautiful compared to the price, the sea view is very ok. The location is quite convenient for moving around Quy Nhon. However, my room did not have toothpaste and shampoo (I think I could ask for support but I bought it myself for speed). Regarding the room cleaning service, if I stayed for 3 nights, it was cleaned every 3 nights, but if I stayed for 4 nights, it was cleaned every 2 nights. I feel like this area does not have a receptionist to take care of 24/24, you should find a phone number to contact in advance if you book through any agency. Regarding the room, I checked in and checked out myself, but for me, a friend texted me on zalo and I worked through phone/message instead of meeting directly at the accommodation facility. The bathroom had a bit of a smell but the room was not too clean, these are objective comments based on my personal experience. Overall, for the price (I booked it quite cheaply, about 450k), it was very ok

The apartment has an incredibly beautiful sea view. When you open the door, you can see the cool blue sea. I really like the spacious and airy space here.

Honestly, the service here is really good, the quality is outstanding. The rooms are not only beautiful but also spacious, with many choices. Especially, the price is very affordable. Very satisfied, worth the experience!
