Sangat buruk sampai di lokasi ternyata bukan kamar tp tenda, terus tendanya belum disiapkan harus nunggu ga jelas buat ruang tunggu pun ga ada disuruh nunggu di gudang, pegawainya ga ramah banget, pokoknya mengecewakan sangat sangat termasuk harga mahal tenda kecil mana ga ada cokrol ga ada lampu iyuh banget.

The water heater is not afraid to run out because it uses gas, 1 machine for 1 bathroom. The tent is only enough for 2 adults, better find food outside. Instant spiced fried rice 25k / portion. Instant Fried Noodles (Indomi3) 25k / portion with 4 children and wife eat 110k instant noodles plus 600 ml bottle of mineral water.

Actually the staff is friendly and helpful. The staff point is 9. But it turns out that the place is far from everywhere. It's hard to have dinner.

Because apparently room no. 1 which can get a view of Mt. Rinjani from the bed turned out to be available at that time, so I upgraded from a tent at a cost of 100K. The hotel is quite clean, warm water works well.

Very happy to be able to spend the night and stay at The Gate Rinjani, the staff is friendly, the fried rice is delicious. The bathroom is clean, there is hot water too. The most important thing is that when you wake up, you can immediately see Rinjani. Thank you.
