A pretty bad experience. There was no water since morning, so I couldn't defecate or shower. I've reported the situation several times, but nothing has changed. They promised breakfast, but there wasn't any, and the reason they couldn't cook was because the water was out. Highly not recommended. My apologies.

For a strategic location, but for bathroom conditions there is often no water.

The hotel staff were all friendly, but the room was not very clean, the sheets were old, the room had not been cleaned, there was a lot of cigarette ash in the corners of the room, the mattress was hard

This brief visit to Tanahotel was truly a lifesaver after the exhausting climb of Mount Kerinci. Although initially expected to arrive at 1 AM, an unexpected incident at Sitinjau Lauik caused our car to get stuck for 4-5 hours, leading to our arrival at 5:30 AM. However, Tanahotel welcomed us with a very warm atmosphere, making it a perfect transit spot. I was able to rest sufficiently and recover before continuing my journey. In short, the experience at Tanahotel was very satisfying for a quick rest.

Ini pengalaman kedua saya nginep di hotel ini, aminitis nya tidak lengkap, tidak ada sikat giginya. Alas kasurnya kuning kuning kayak ber pulau gitu. Kebersihan cukup. Kamar di lantai 3 ukurannya kecil di bandingkan dengan lantai 2.

The room is nice and clean. When I stayed the toothbrush ran out, fortunately I had a friend from a hotel in Padang so I could bring it. A tea spoon should be provided to stir the drink.

No hot water & elevator. But the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a balcony. A little far from the main road.

Nice and friendly inn, the fried rice and sambal matah are really good.
