Everything was perfect accept their service either the front counter (reception) or the F&B section

The room is okay but the breakfast does not meet my expectation. Could be much better as it is a 4 stars hotel.

This is my fourth time staying in IDEAS hotel. One of my go-to hotel whenever I visit KL. The number one reason is because it serves halal certified breakfast in their restaurant which gives me peace of mind. The next one is becase of the location. Within this price range, this hotel offers a considered ‘strategic’ location. Even though it is not inside the city centre, but it is indeed walking distance from LRT bandaraya which can easily connect you to the KLCC or Bukit Bintang or even new TRX mall. Only 1 transit away with 2-3 stops. I love the room as well. It is spacious, clean, and bright. However, during my fourth stay I got a room that is different with my previous2 room. It was a bit dark and bathroom a bit smaller than usual and can hear the sound of MRT coming. But I will keep coming back. Hopefully will get a better room next time.

Everything was good except for the room soundproofing

best location! just walk to sogo. breakfast is delicious. The receptionist is also friendly. it's just necessary to have soundproofing in every room, at night it's clear from the conversation in the next room chatting.. lol
