Regarding Wifi, when you stayed there was a slight network disruption from the internet service provider that we use due to bad weather, we have reported the internet disruption incident to the network provider that we use, hopefully there will be no more wifi problems in the future for that we apologize for the problems that occurred during your stay with us. Regarding Insects and Tomcats, my Team and I apologize and will be more careful in terms of the cleanliness of the balcony in the outdoor area of our Homestay room, but for tomcats and insects are beyond our control because they are from the surrounding nature and enter through the outdoor balcony. And on December 14, 2024 when you stayed during the rainy season, that night there was heavy rain accompanied by strong winds, which made all the insects come out of the surrounding forest, our location is around the forest and beach which allows insects and tomcats to come from the forest. In the future we will further improve the cleanliness of the balcony outside the room and we will check the cleanliness more often during the rainy season.
