The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is close to cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. This hotel is recommended and excellent.

I was a bit surprised at first, but it was worth the price.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The hotel is homey and comfortable. National TV channels, can watch YouTube and Netflix. Next to the hotel there is a mixue, a cheese factory and an ATM together (BSI). There are food vendors next to the hotel and at night there is a food court and lots of food. A short walk away there is Yoshinoya, McD and a minimarket. Close to the old city. Close to Tanjung Perak Harbor and Pasar Turi Station Surabaya. The mall is also close. Unfortunately there is no breakfast and slippers at this hotel.

The hotel staff is super friendly, the room is clean although small but enough for two people. Only in the bathroom there is a leak maybe from the AC but so far it doesn't bother. There is a dispenser for refilling drinking water on the ground floor next to the reception, on the 1st floor there is free coffee/tea from 7 - 11 am. Walk 100 m there is Pak Breng's fried rice, highly recommended, delicious and cheap, 15 thousand / portion can be eaten by two people because it is so much.

near to fast food and city center. good room , very clean and spacious, hot and cold water available , ac function very well. can watch netflix , youtube , iqiyi on the tv !! recomended

Near the old city of Surabaya. No need to worry about where to eat. Next to the hotel there is Indonesian iced tea and mixue (I stayed in February 2025) Indomaret is also close, maybe 300 meters. Near McD. Yoshinoya. Near the hotel there is also a bus stop. What makes it great is that each floor has a sharing room. Can be used to relax. There is a balcony on each floor. And a rooftop on the top floor. The downside is that it is next to the road, so traffic can be heard up to the room.

The staff and security are very friendly and helpful during my stay. The only downside is that it is close to a pedestrian crossing, the tettett sound can be heard very loudly in the room.

Even though it is small, it turns out that the contents inside are quite spacious, clean and very comfortable.

+ Smart TV. Fast wifi. Clean room. Cold AC. Soap, toothbrush, towel. -The room is narrow, difficult to pray. The first time you enter the room, it smells of cigarettes. The toilet floor is a bit dirty. The sink faucet is dripping.

The location is very close to the old city of Chinatown, 10 minutes to the center of Tunjungan, around the hotel there are many food outlets. The hotel is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is fresh, the bathroom is spacious, the wifi is fast, the air conditioner is cold. Thanks to Mr. Adin who is easy going and quick to help with the bathroom, the sink was leaking and the tap could not be closed.

Sorry in advance, they said it wasn't allowed to open here, but there were people staying there, why weren't they reprimanded, but only new people were reprimanded, instead those who were staying said the security could know them and they were allowed to. I just said be careful & thank you very much.
