Thank you to the room service staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room clean daily. Customer service was also very friendly, as was the security guard who assisted with transportation. Access to everything was easy, and the surrounding area is full of culinary options within walking distance. It wasn't a long walk to natural attractions either. Best of luck, and thank you 🙏🙂💯

- Very strategic location, close to everything. - Cleanliness is quite good. - The room is small, but enough for one small suitcase, a backpack, and prayer space. - Soundproofing is very poor; people next door can be heard talking and laughing. - Asking for additional drinks is not allowed. In other hotels, I usually ask for them.

Only the parking space is still lacking, the rest of the staff's friendliness and cleanliness are all safe.

Panen Hotel is perfect for families. Close to Bandung's culinary scene, it's in a great location.

Overall it was a nice experience. I often booked here if I have work trip in Bandung from early morning. We stay in deluxe room. The room is tight, but the bed is big and very comfy. This place is great if you're looking for a place to sleep with affordable price and complete room facility (hot shower, AC, water, coffee, tea, and toiletries)

The room is dark with low wattage lights, the bathroom is also not very bright.

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, but when I asked to move to a different room, the non-smoking rooms were already full. I should have counted how many people had booked non-smoking and smoking rooms. I won't book this hotel again. The cigarette smell doesn't go away even after spraying it with air freshener. It makes it hard to breathe.
