I was very disappointed with my stay at Villa Agrapana. First, the villa was not as shown in the photos — the living room was supposed to have an air conditioner, but in reality, there was none. When I asked, they said it had been removed. Then why are the photos still showing it? Second, there was a lizard nest in the bedroom, and the cleanliness was very poor overall. The water suddenly stopped running, and the pool was dirty during our stay. Finally, during checkout, they suddenly charged us for minibar items that I never consumed — it turned out their staff had forgotten to refill it earlier, and they assumed I used it. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended until they fix these issues.

It was far beyond my initial booking expectations. I didn't expect to get a villa this comfortable and be able to stay in the room all day😍 The villa is really cool. The staff are also very friendly. I regret staying for just one day...

This is our first staycation after the COVID crisis is over :) decided to book Agrapana since it's not too far from Bali Zoo. I mean, approximately around 15 minutes away from Bali Zoo. I booked a 1BR villa with a private pool with breakfast included. Previously, I asked Agrapana if it would be a problem if I bring 2 kids (2 and 3 years old) without taking any extra bed/baby cot, and I was happy they allowed it as long as I pay attention to them and am comfortable with the condition. The villa is quite nice, having its own mini kitchen. The bedroom was cool enough when we arrived, but the problem is their TV. My kids can't watch anything except YouTube. They provide fast Wi-Fi. Don't worry. The bedroom is clean enough, but the garden nearby the pool needs more maintenance. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for having us.

The price is less than 700 but you get a private pool, and the industrial room concept is really worth it. It's clean, there's a couch, a microwave, a fridge, plug sockets everywhere, there's warm water, the breakfast can also be a room breakfast, the taste is okay. Order room service snacks are also delicious, standard prices. The road to get there is also acceptable, even though it is in an alley. But it's easy to find. The young staff are friendly. As for senior staff, from their gestures they are not very welcome.
