Super duper awesome and fun

We booked here because it's centrally located and we were only stopping by for a layover. However, the room was a bit dirty. It was a bit dusty. The bed sheets and pillows were yellow with traces of something. Even the doormat was blackened. Upon entering the room, the smell wasn't fresh. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Disappointing service, I booked 2 nights, but the next day the room wasn't cleaned. There was no information about the room cleaning deadline, even though it was said to be cleaned when we left, and they answered "okay, sis." My rights as a hotel guest feel neglected? 1. Towels not replaced 2. Trash not thrown away 3. Mineral water not provided 4. Room not cleaned when asked, the receptionist said they had informed housekeeping. Here I think it's like shifting the blame when it's their internal. The service is so bad that guest rights are neglected.
