The room wasn't soundproof enough, which is something we hope to improve in the future. The receptionist was very friendly and kind... patient and responsive.

The security guard and receptionist were completely indifferent to the items we sent to the hotel. The receptionist refused to accept or take responsibility for them. The security guard didn't record the items we sent, saying they didn't have any. Very disappointed. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this.

Good choice in Tangerang... Near Aeon Mall.

The male receptionist has no sequence of service. It seems like there needs to be training on sense of belonging and sense of responsibility. His public speaking is lacking and the staff uniforms are not neat.

Top...Top..fun...will come back again

At first I only booked for 1 night, afraid it wouldn't be enough. But it turned out I didn't realize I had stayed at Joylive for 5 nights. It was fun, the watermelon juice was delicious, full of fruit, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the environment was comfortable. I will go back there again when I'm in bsd city.

Pretty OK for my brief stay there. The room's quite clean, I did not notice anything nasty-cleanliness wise. The staff is quite helpful when I can't find my way around the laundromat. Can't say much about the food as I'm not the type to eat much for breakfast (only tasted the omelette, sausage, and sauteed veg).

The hotel staff is very helpful. There is a hair dryer and iron. A dispenser is provided for drinks. Highly recommended.

when checking in the staff allowed early very happy, for breakfast it was quite good although the variety was lacking and there was only fruit 🍉 nothing else. It's understandable.

I first found out about this hotel because my husband joined the BFI Run. Looking for a nearby one, I finally found this hotel. It turned out to be a nice hotel, close to everywhere. Even though I booked without breakfast, there was a food stall across the street that was open 24 hours. The first time I was surprised, the hotel seemed small. It turned out to be nice. Next time I have another assignment or running event. I will come back here.

The room smells like cigarettes. I have requested a non-smoking room, but it still smells like cigarettes.

Excellent service and the room is very comfy & clean. Very convenient with a lot of facilities and amenities in the surrounding area.

The location is close to ICE BSD with many places to eat around, the price is also cheap with the facilities offered
