The staff was very friendly, and the room was quite clean. Unfortunately, the make-up room couldn't be cleaned daily; it was only cleaned once during a four-night stay. Perhaps a daily room/make-up room cleaning regulation could be considered.

Staying here for 5 days and 4 nights was very comfortable and made me feel at home, just like the name of the Bestah hotel (makes me feel at home). The spacious room has a TV and a large mirror, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep in, even provided with 4 pillows and 2 extra small pillows. The bathroom is spacious and the hot water turns on quickly. Only in the corner near the closet there are some dusty and dirty parts, but after the second day of cleaning it was clean. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, so it is quite complete. I stayed for business purposes, I studied comfortably without being disturbed by sounds, aka quiet. The staff was also comfortable, gave recommendations for motorbike rentals that are also compact. Thank you Bestah 🙏🏻👍

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the Wi-Fi was good and the connection was smooth. Perhaps the shower handle in the bathroom could be improved, but otherwise everything was fine. Thank you, Bestah Coliving :)

When I took a shower, the water suddenly turned black, the room was stuffy, smelly, and dusty.

I really like the vibe: calm, close to everything. If I go to Bali again, I'll stay here again.

Very satisfying. The receptionist was very helpful in carrying my luggage to my room.

The place is very comfortable to relax and bring the family. However, the room was still dusty, and the first day when you entered, you could really feel the dust, especially when the AC was turned on. Please vacuum often.

The place is clean, around the hotel is quite complete, there is an Indomaret, pharmacy, and places to eat.

Cheap hotel and close to Renon field. There is a mini billiard table. The downside is there is no lift but there are staff who can help
