When I took a shower, the water suddenly turned black, the room was stuffy, smelly, and dusty.

I really like the vibe: calm, close to everything. If I go to Bali again, I'll stay here again.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's so comfortable.😊

Very satisfying. The receptionist was very helpful in carrying my luggage to my room.

The place is very comfortable to relax and bring the family. However, the room was still dusty, and the first day when you entered, you could really feel the dust, especially when the AC was turned on. Please vacuum often.

The place is clean, around the hotel is quite complete, there is an Indomaret, pharmacy, and places to eat.

Accommodation is very close to the city, there is free coffee and tea.

The staff on WhatsApp and Instagram are very slow to respond.

Cheap hotel and close to Renon field. There is a mini billiard table. The downside is there is no lift but there are staff who can help

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly when guests made complaints and overall experience less pleasant. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the advertised swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not operational during my stay. Additionally, the water supply in the room was lacking—there were issues with water pressure, which is a basic necessity. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the service and facilities.

The room was not spacious as shown while I made a booking. It was stated 35m2, in reality, it might be around 20-24m2. Swimming pool cannot be used on my 2nd and 3rd day of stay. The room was cleaned every 3 days. On the 5th day, the water debit on my room was very small, but they could manage it immediately in 1 hour. Water dispenser on every floor was an added value for this hotel.
