The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions, only around 1/ 2 km from the Jatim Park 1/ 2/ 3, BNS, etc, but the villa itself is dirty. The host contacted me to ask about my arrival time, but when I arrived at the villa, it seemed like the villa was not ready to be occupied. Very dusty, the floor was sticky, the refrigerator still off, and many ants inside the villa (also in the bedroom), and the host gave us only 1 towel per room, fortunately my towel smells bad. So I need to ask the host for the new one, and it took like 1-2 hours to get the new towel:'), no tissue at all at the villa, and the water heater wasn't work well

The price is cheap and you can get 4 rooms. There is a place to park a car. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly. Tokens are safe too. ❤.

Like the villa. Hopefully if you go on holiday again you can stay here.

Villa nya bagus dan nyaman, deket dari pusat kota dan tempat wisata, penjaga villa dan security nya ramah banget. Top banget!

Villa bagus lokasi strategis. Kamar 4 full AC dan air hangat serta besar. Mungkin bisa diperhatikan kebersihan villa nya sebelum disewakan karena ada banyak semut dan sarang laba.

Menginap di sini bersama keluarga cukup nyaman dengan lokasi yang aman dan dekat dengan tempat wisata tujuan kami. Penjaga villa sangat baik dan super responsif. Hanya perlu lebih diperhatikan lagi untuk kebersihan lantai dan semprot untuk serangga-serangga di sekeliling rumah. Terima kasih, Villa Rossela! Will definitely come back again one day.

Pertama datang kamarnya sudah ada bau tak sedap, bau apek, kamar mandipun bau, tidak ada shower kit sama sekali, tissue pun tidak disediakan. Kulkas nyala tetapi tidak berfungsi sama sekali, dan sangat bau. Alat makanpun tidak dicuci sama sekali, termos air juga bocor. Tolong kebersihan lebih diperhatikan, bau-bau tidak sedap.

The villa is very suitable for families, there are 4 full AC bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the kitchen equipment is very complete and there is karaoke.

Really recommend the villa. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the villa is big. The internet isn't fast enough, hehe.

The room is big but there's no view outside the window, yesterday there was no tissue, and the room was not clean.

Sangat suka dan nyaman sama villa ini, ada 4 kamar dan 4 kamar mandi (2 kamar mandi dengan air panas). Ruang tengah luas. Peralatan dapur juga lengkap.

Clean, comfortable, cheap. The location is quiet because it is in a residential area. Guards are friendly & helpful.

Relative price 👍🏻. Facilities, compliementary and amenities are very lacking.

Its not clean, we still gotta do the cleaning, many dirt like hasnt been used for long. Many unknown sound like someone knocking on glass window, happened few times and heared by more than one of us.

The first time I tried to stay in a villa and the results were very satisfying. The villa is clean. 4 4 rooms & 4 bathrooms. 2 are outside the room (no hot water), of which 2 are inside the room with hot water). There is karaoke, wifi, stove, tableware, 4bj towels. Overall very satisfying. Looks like I'll be back here again. Thankyou Villa Rossela. Good luck for the future.
