The environment is self-explanatory. Located within the Plaza BPN complex, you can simply go downstairs to the mall. The rooms have parquet flooring. There was a problem with the shower, which the owner immediately fixed. The TV and AC work well. The kitchen utensils are quite complete. The refrigerator is working properly. The water dispenser has hot and cold water. It's suitable for families.

The room smelled musty. The towels and sheets also smelled really bad. Netflix couldn't be used because too many people were using it. There should have been a staff member who delivered it to our room, as we had a bit of trouble finding it and had to go back and forth between buildings. The room number confirmation via WhatsApp wasn't sent immediately; it was sent after we arrived at the apartment, and we had to wait a while. Otherwise, everything was fine.

It's more about parking, since you have to pay according to the mall's rates. Wow... It can cost around 70,000 rupiah in a day.

There's one less-than-comfortable guest facility: the free parking, which guests are required to pay for. We've already paid for the room and tax, but we're being asked to pay for one night's free parking. If we're staying for three days, we're disappointed. Please consider this feedback for better consideration for our guests. It would be great to make free parking available, as it's one of the amenities that makes us feel comfortable and at home, and we're eager to return. Thank you.
