The public facility building is very well maintained, the elite apartments are extraordinary...

For the price, its totally worth it and highly recommended. Good wifi fast and stable connections, overall bathroom and bedroom are clean, i dont even expect at this price rate we got hot water shower. But u need to bring ur bathroom amenities cause the hotel only provide you 2 clean and dry towel. Netflix or hotstar also provided but u need to login to your account by yourself. Would to book here again another time.

The hotel staff is very friendly, because for daily it does not work with units that have been purchased, so they are immediately informed.

Overall okay, but the mattress smells a bit sweaty, the gallon jug is empty, the wifi is stuck, the only cooking utensil is the stove with no gas, the bathroom wants to pee lol, but it's good, I mean it's not something that's really a problem, but I think it's enough, I don't like the security the most, according to the Google review, they're all loud, there's no intention of changing the security or maybe in a briefing so they don't do that, like they're really pretending to be pls even though they're just security cuih

What kind of service is this, there is a gas stove but you have to buy the gas yourself, there is gas but there are no cooking utensils, what do you use to cook? Waiting since the beginning of check in but no one delivers it.

The staff and admin are nice, friendly too but unfortunately the wifi doesn't work even though I want to work 🙃 Next time, hopefully I can get a better room if I book here again. And towels are also immediately available so I don't have to wait like yesterday. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Always smooth.

Positive: 1. Responsive staff and owner, 2. Lobby waiting room like a top star hotel. 3. Soundproof room from outside, can't tell from inside to outside. 4. Complete facilities!!! Recommended to stay here. 5. Fast Wifi, 6. Solid supporting facilities, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, quite complete gym, the apartment feels like a 5 star hotel for its supporting facilities. 7. Non-smoking, there is no cigarette smell in the room. 8. Working inside the apartment is also great because there are tables and chairs and the apartment is relatively soundproof. 9. Affordable and appropriate price. 10. Strategic location. 11. Good night view and those who bring children can take them to the 3rd floor where there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and playground (as is). Minus: 1. Some facilities are outdated such as: Kitchen set, blankets and sheets. 2. When staying the gas cylinder is not filled also can not use the kitchen and drinking water can not be used because the dispenser is dirty so it can not be used for hot water. 3. Toilet is not clean enough. 4. Blankets, sheets and towels are not changed every day. The towels are also a bit dirty and smelly so if you stay here bring your own towels. 5. There are no daily cleaning staff so you have to throw away your own trash and most other residents throw trash in front of the room so the corridor is sometimes dirty and smells a bit strange. Overall nice and covered with the Apt Facilities itself.

check in process guided by helpful staff. complaint about the room given the first time was responded well by giving another room. there was a problem with the electricity token but it was responded quickly by the owner's staff. the deposit refund process was also fast after the check out process. Strategic place to stay overnight for those who will go to the airport with a morning flight. the location is only 30 minutes to Soetta airport.

The place is okay. But the sheets and pillowcases seem not to have been changed because they smell. And there are few tissues even though I asked for a refill but it was not delivered. The deposit return time is long, taking several hours. There are no toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste, no soap, only shampoo. The rest is okay. Hopefully it will be fixed.

I have often booked rooms here, in my opinion it's quite good, the facilities are quite complete and according to the price. but the longer it is, the more the facilities are reduced 😊 and the response is a bit lacking, for example when the wifi doesn't connect, the admin only responded once.. then there was no news until I checked out. just a suggestion, in my opinion, just stay consistent with the initial facilities and respond quickly if there are problems in the room. later it will be a loss if many CS don't return, just because they are not consistent with the facilities and services.
