The hotel was quite good, both in terms of staff friendliness and service. Unfortunately, during our overnight stay, the hotel experienced a power outage at 7:00 PM. There was only one generator available for guests in the two-story villa cluster, while there was none for the regular deluxe rooms. The blackout lasted almost an hour, leaving us in our room without any lights, which was quite uncomfortable. The hotel should address this issue to ensure guests' comfort and a memorable stay.

This is my fourth stay here. The service is always satisfactory. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and it's perfect for bringing children. There are lots of cute cats too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Singkawang. Thank you, Pequena Casa.

The water smelled bad, and the room was suddenly opened twice by the cleaning service. Wasn't the hotel not notified of vacant and occupied rooms? The service was truly disappointing.

The hotel is actually very beautiful.. but the TV in the room can't be watched because it's being repaired and the broadcast is not available. For some reason, the toilet also smells very strong even though it has been sprayed with freshener and flushed many times. Unfortunately, there was no electricity, and the generator was not working when we arrived. After a long journey from Kuching, we intended to take a nap, but it was too hot in the room, and there was no water supply as well. Hope the management will take action on this matter, where the generator should be working when there is no electricity, as the other hotel is working smoothly.

Although it's a bit tricky to access, a bit of a hidden gem, and I got lost on the map because the directions didn't allow cars, it was worth it with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The cats are adorable, and the rooms are clean and exactly as pictured. The breakfast, as I'm vegetarian, wasn't always to my liking, but overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The room is very narrow, not recommended for a family with a lot of stuff or with kids. It is clean but not for me. The hot water is not working in our designated room. For Rp.800k+, I would rather stay in Kyodai or Swiss Berlin or anywhere else.

It's crazy, as soon as you enter this hotel complex, the ambiance feels like you're in Singkawang, like a big city or even abroad. The hotel staff is also friendly, and the hotel facilities and rooms are nice because they're new. The restaurant is also healthy, offering vegetarian food. The lack of access to the hotel is offset by the satisfaction of the facilities provided when staying here. You could call it a family hotel, but it's also suitable for young people. Overall, it's highly recommended.
