A 5-star hotel with rooms priced under one million Rupiah per night (for certain room types) is certainly a draw. The service and friendliness of the staff are undeniable. The breakfast menu is varied, ranging from Indonesian to international cuisine. One thing to be aware of is the live music on certain days in the ground-floor restaurant area, which can still be heard in the room (my room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the restaurant area). It wasn't a problem for me, as I enjoy music. However, for some, this might be a bit of a distraction when trying to rest peacefully.

The staff are friendly, the staff are very quick when there is a problem with the AC.

A very special first impression for our family staying here. The service is very good, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout process is very fast. The lobby and room are also clean and fragrant. Got a compliment cake as requested, even got an anniversary and birthday set up even though I didn't ask for it, but the hotel has prepared it very well, I was very touched. The breakfast is very varied, the taste is also delicious. If you want to buy bakpia souvenirs, just walk out of the lobby and there is the official Bakpia Juwara Satoe store, the price is cheap, the quality is good, the complete package is after staying here. In short, this is the best hotel for me so far. Just a suggestion, maybe they could hold kids activities such as cooking classes or handicrafts so that the children can have an even more exciting experience during their stay.
