It was a very memorable stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for my child's 17th birthday, and I requested a greeting for my child, given a free sliced cake wording + animal towel... Pros: Clean, good breakfast, good service, strategic location. Cons: The room is not soundproof, so noise from outside or the next room can be heard, a bit disturbing when resting.

My fav hotel in jogja, not only the excellence hotel, but the hotel is in the strategic location, near to jogja cullinary, near to UGM, Tugu, and Malioboro. Excellence servicess, very clean, and very good menu of breakfast. Again I always stay in this hotel, when visited jogja.

Good location in the city center Entered with a welcome drink, snacks and delicious cakes The seats were comfortable, the hotel was cool, there were lots of paintings. Check in was pretty fast. Entered the room, the room was a bit small. There was only one chair and the table was not very practical. In the afternoon, I got free chocolate. The coffee machine used a really cool Nespresso machine. So I could drink delicious coffee. The only downside is that it can't boil hot water for tea. The machine wasn't hot enough to boil water. A 5-star hotel but poor quality toothbrushes. There were no small towels in the room to wipe your hands or face. The swimming pool is lacking. It's cold. The fitness equipment is really cool. The breakfast was quite a lot and okay. There was just some food that smelled. I told the waiter but there was no response and the food was not taken. Overall it's okay, but in my opinion, for 5-star quality it's not comparable. Compared to 5-star Surabaya, Jakarta, Bali..

4 days 3 nights.. The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, once you enter the lobby "Woowww" the interior is very stunning.. The most comfortable thing is the smell of the room and the sofa... The room is very okay, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, professional, and very helpful. The breakfast is very varied, and the taste suits me. One thing that could be improved is the neatness of the B2 parking lot. My complaint is that the lane from B1 to B2 is quite small for cars like Pajero or Fortuner, it seems like it can be improved. But overall it is suitable and comfortable in this hotel. Next time to Jogja, I will stay here again.
