The air conditioner is not cold enough, the toilet is not clean.

Convoluted service, rooms do not match the photos. Very bad AC. The service of the mas-mas is very unpleasant.

It's good enough minus the ID card.

Ordered 2 rooms, nothing was comfortable, payment receipts, officers did not understand messages using the application. Just bad.

It's really bad, it's not recommended if you order for work, you don't understand the message using the father's application. I can't believe it when I paid for it, the check-in process took up to 1/2 hour because I was confused about how to check, then when I checked out I asked for a receipt, I had to pay 30 thousand per receipt. Only once was there a hotel had to pay a receipt. Critical.

The bathroom is not clean and the AC turns itself off.

Even though I was surprised when the ID card had to be deposited, it turned out that you could choose another option, namely a 50K deposit (calm will be returned when checking out), I understand. This may be as a guarantee that they will leave the key to us. Check-in can be at 8 am (different from other hotels which are from 14 noon). Everything is close, Alfamart is just ahead, there are two mosques (good if you want to pray Friday), you just have to walk to Ramayana, the market is near, all shops are available (stationery, pharmacy, etc.), DM if you want to go, you can (but yes the distance may be), and it's good to find food. At this price, you can get it on the 1st floor (even though the total is 3 floors). Everything is clean, safe, neat, but the minus is maybe there is a small hole in the door. Oh, the wifi, I don't understand how, because logging in is confusing, so I use my own quota. Although you could say, providers such as XL and Telkomsel have a rather difficult network when in the room (maybe you can try providers other than this). Moreover, I can't call / be called by anyone (prov. Telkomsel) because the network in the room doesn't exist at all and I have to leave the lobby to find the network. But overall it's okay. Exceeded my expectations, I thought it was normal, it turned out really good.

Satisfactory service, clean rooms, great hot water, just 👍 and the location is very strategic.

If possible, hotel employees smile, don't be cynical.
