Friendly hotel staff, feels like a family atmosphere

This is my second time staying here. But I was so disappointed yesterday, there were cigarette ash on the table near the sofa and there was trash from a used mineral water bottle. I brought a small child, so I was really annoyed to see cigarette ash on the table. It means someone has been smoking in the room. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the cigarette smoke was definitely stuck to the entire room, such as the curtains, sheets, sofa, etc. I complained to the receptionist, who only said, "Oh yeah, we'll send the mineral water back later," when the main point was the cigarette ash!!

Very cheap with twin beds, spacious, clean rooms, a closet that can store the whole neighborhood's clothes. The price is under 1 million for 4 people plus breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, the fried rice with turmeric chicken is delicious. But it's still lacking, this hotel doesn't open its restaurant because we couldn't order coffee while swimming. And our car was also positioned ready to go home because the key was left in the safe. The owner and staff are all good, the service is so far recommended to stay at Shakti Hotel, the place is clean.

Overall the hotel is good... only limited parking for cars.

First, there's the fast check-in process with no deposit. The swimming pool is clean and there's a children's pool. The water heater works well. Parking is limited, but hotel staff will be on hand to guide you. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Spacious bedroom, large bathroom, 3 types of shower (rain, hand, and faucet) 👍🏻, sink with hot and cold water. Maintain cleanliness, especially the wall in front of the sink is dirty, there are many hairs from the previous guest on the chair. Bread in the drawer left behind by the previous guest.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay here, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

However, since I had a room in the back building, it seemed unoccupied and hadn't been checked for cleanliness before guests arrived, so it was a bit dusty. While it looked clean at first glance, for someone with allergic rhinitis like me, it definitely made me sneeze. The elevator in the back building was also quite unsettling, and I hope it can be replaced with a more functional one. The breakfast selection was limited, but adequate. There were cereals, fruit, bread, eggs, and a main course. The taste wasn't disappointing either. The swimming pool was my favorite: spacious, large, and clean. The only downside was that it was non-smoking, which was a bit annoying when guests smoked by the pool.

The newly renovated rooms are very spacious and clean, and the price is also affordable. It's located in an elite housing complex in the Dago area. From the front, it looks cramped, but once you enter, the rooms are very spacious and large. There's no traffic noise here, and there's a large TV complete with Netflix. There's a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. The downside is the limited parking and the front office staff is rarely on standby. Because they manage cars and parking, the solution if there's a long wait is to just let them know what time you want to check out so they don't have to wait long to get your car out. I think it's worth it here, as long as the price doesn't increase further. Thank you.

I was surprised that it looked small from the outside, but it turned out to be incredibly large inside, the rooms were also spacious, I booked 3 rooms, all of them were pleasant, only the breakfast was not varied, but everything was okay.

The rooms are new and very spacious, clean too. There's a pool and now they've added a gym. Don't raise the price again, okay? This is already just right. The downside here is parking. But they've managed it by having staff who mostly park guests' cars, so we just leave the car keys at the reception. It seems the staff aren't dedicated to one job, so the reception desk is often empty. It's better to call in some daily workers during peak season to keep operations running smoothly. In the afternoon, there's no HK to clean the room. If you stay several nights and don't want your room cleaned from morning to afternoon, you won't be able to request cleaning in the evening because the HK staff have already gone home.
