The hotels stay was okay, however prior booking I was told that the superior and deluxe were the same room (with windows) just on different floors, hence I opted for the less costly one. Upon checking in, I was given two rooms without windows even though was told otherwise. Called the manager, after a thorough talk, he changed one of the two room to a room with a window but cannot be open and facing the backside of the hotel. I did not want to make a big fuss so I accepted it. Other than that, the receptionist was rather rude and talked harshly even though I just spoke normally during the checking in experience. There was also an issue with the bed type change I requested a week before the stay, however request was ignored and was told due to unavailability however upon checking online there are rooms available with my requested bed type (twin bed) and upon checking in. Nevertheless, the stay and rooms were okay for the price paid, only issue would be the staff and management handling it.
