I'd stayed at Front One before in another city, so when I arrived in Tuban, I immediately chose this hotel. However, the service was completely different. When I was about to check in, the receptionist suddenly told me they were out of twin beds, so we had to have a double bed. In fact, we booked three rooms on the app with twin beds (of course, they were available and already paid for). Since we couldn't be bothered to argue, and it was already late, we just accepted. When we got to the room, it turned out to be twin beds combined into one. Hahaha, what's that supposed to mean?
In the morning, I wanted to borrow an iron, but it took over 40 minutes until I checked out and it still didn't arrive. They said they were looking for one. Finally, after calling the fifth time, the iron finally arrived.
The staff were friendly, and the security guard was friendly and even showed up at the reception. It's a shame that the twin beds were all sold out, even though the room had twin beds pushed together. 🥲
