If you are looking for a budget hotel with decent facilities, like a clean room with working AC and Wi-Fi, this could be your choice. Located in a neighborhood, but locals will not disturb you. The staffs are friendly too. The down side if I must say is the noise the AC makes.

This is good if you are to attend event near World Trade Center or other near venue overnight for a proper rest but the problem is water early in the morning. Pawalawala siya and they do not advise it ahead na they have rotational schedule of water kung kelan mawawalan at babalik. Not good for a staycation. The room is small for 6 person but its fine if you will just stay to rest. It has cr included and cr sink was inside the room beside the bed. No free toiletries included like tissue, shampoo, etc. Good for a group of budgetarian.

The room is so clean. Very satisfied and affordable. Wala lang silang heater.
