The staff service is friendly, the place is good for finding peace, because it is far from noise, the signal is still covered. but for those who can't stand the heat, you shouldn't come here, because the room only uses a fan. If you come here, you should bring food because the food is very limited and the price is quite expensive.

The staff is very nice, we were allowed to check out late to wait until we got home from fishing, the location is strategic even though it is not on the beach, but just by crossing over you can get a sloping and clean beach, overall we are satisfied staying here.

The resort service is very friendly, you stay at the Umang resort (land). At night it was a bit difficult to find food. You have to go out a bit first. And it's dark. Breakfast is standard fried rice. When I crossed to Umang Island in the morning using a speedboat, I was greeted very friendly, I really enjoyed my staycation here. Thank You.

I booked a hotel room on the ground, not in Umang Island. My opinions are: Minus: - The location is very far from the center. - Facilities for entertainment were quite bad, no television at all. They serve Wi-Fi, but there's no Wi-Fi in my room because the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach. - No signal provider. - Not much lamp, so at night it is very dark. Plus: - The staff is welcoming and very helpful. - AC is good, the room is comfortable. - They serve a king-size bed and it's comfortable. - The room and toilet are clean. - They served nasi kuning for breakfast, but I think it would be a pleasure if they gave sambal. - So many mosquitoes, but they served Baygon and Autan.

Staff-nya sangat fast respon, sangat helpful juga untuk bantu bawa barang-barang, ada karaoke, saran untuk yang mau ke sini harus bawa cemilan sih, karena di pulau tidak jual cemilan. AC kamar PK-nya kurang besar jadi kurang dingin untuk yang biasa tinggal di tempat ber-AC, tempat makan juga kayaknya musti sediakan ruang khusus untuk yang suka AC, karena menurut kami panas di ruang makan-nya, bagi yang ga kuat panas. Lebih baik minta dibawa ke kamar. Overall pengalaman menginap di luar panas. Semua baik

Toilet dan showernya perlu diperbaiki fungsinya. Sudah mencoba 6 closet dan 4 shower (pria) semuanya bermasalah, yang di bagian wanita rasanya akan sama saja kondisinya. Closet duduk masalahnya flush-nya rusak, kalaupun pakai keran semprot tapinya debit airnya sangat pelan, atau kedua masalahnya terjadi. Tisu hanya ada gulungannya saja, tanpa ada isi. 4 kali BAB semuanya bermasalah. Di dalam ruang shower tidak ada gantungan pakaian, akhirnya menaruh pakaian di atas celah dinding dengan langit-langit. Makanan. Paket makan Rp300 ribu (untuk 3 kali makan) harganya tidak sesuai dengan yang disajikan. Makan malam (1 ikan kuwe bakar kira-kira 2 ons, cumi tidak sampai 50 gram, 3 potong tahu+tempe, cah kangkung, dan ayam bumbu). OK lah walau rasanya di bawah ekspektasi. Makan siang dan pagi pilihannya nasi goreng+telur ceplok atau omelet+kentamg goreng. Secara rasa malah ini lebih OK, namun rasanya tidak sesuai dengan harganya tadi.

Bener-bener private island, pelayanannya super ramah, makanannya enak-enak, kru-nya sigap, mau snorkeling dan ke Pulau Oar juga dilayani. Kamar bersih, rapi. View-nya cantik dan banyak spot foto.

Mantap. Naik boat nya itu loh yang menyenangkan, villanya bagus, pantai nya bersih, mantap, pokoknya beda dari yang lain.

Saya menginap di Umang Beach Club yang di darat. Semua staff ramah terutama Mas Agus dan Mbak Yeni. Kamarnya juga bersih, toiletries aman, handuk juga bersih, kamar bisa untuk 4 orang, AC dingin. TV juga ada siarannya pakai OkeVision dan disediakan baygon spray. Untuk akomodasi di Pulau Umangnya juga keren. Lagi ada promo nyebrang ke Pulau Umang. Pokoknya next nginap di Pulau Umangnya. When I stayed, it happened to be a weekday, there weren't too many guests, so it really felt like a private island. The view is fantastic, any photo seems to be good.
